Refund and Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your experience. Please read this policy carefully as it differs depending on the type of product or service purchased.

Physical Products (Framed Prints, 3D Prints & Merchandise)

We take great care in packaging and shipping all physical products. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.

You are eligible for a full refund or replacement if:

  • Your item arrives visibly damaged due to shipping
  • Your item has a manufacturing defect
  • You received the wrong item

To request a refund or replacement for a physical product:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Provide your order number and a photo of the damage or defect
  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund within 5–7 business days

Please note: We do not accept returns for change of mind on physical products. All sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective upon arrival.

Digital Downloads

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of digital downloads are final and non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing your download, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve it promptly.

Commission Work

All commissioned illustration work is non-refundable. By proceeding with a commission, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to begin work
  • Full payment is due upon project completion before final files are delivered
  • Cancellations after work has begun will forfeit the deposit and any milestone payments made
  • We are happy to make reasonable revisions as outlined in your project agreement

We invest significant time and creative effort into every commission. If you have concerns about your project at any stage, please reach out — we are committed to delivering work you are proud of.

Licensing

All licensing agreements are non-refundable once the license has been granted and the files comprising the Deliverables has been delivered or accessed.

If you are unsure about the scope or terms of a license before purchasing, please contact us first — we are happy to answer any questions and ensure the license fits your intended use.
